We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will play a critical role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting user research, user testing, and competitor analysis to inform UI/UX design decisions.
- Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product management and development, to ensure design meets project requirements and standards.
- Conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback from users.
- Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences.
- Staying current with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices, and making recommendations for incorporating new technologies and design approaches into projects.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Strong knowledge of design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create elegant and intuitive user interfaces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
