We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team in identifying and qualifying new sales leads, and conducting research to gather information on potential clients.
  • Scheduling and coordinating sales calls and meetings, and providing follow-up support to ensure timely and effective communication with potential clients.
  • Preparing sales proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales materials and information.
  • Gathering and analyzing market and competitor information, and making recommendations for sales strategy and tactics.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales reports, expenses, and pipeline management.
  • Participating in sales training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales support or a related field, with a strong track record of supporting sales teams and driving new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential clients, sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
