  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies, and providing accurate information to customers.
  • Building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer retention.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and support.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
